	Smart Tutor ensures that your child gets lessons that are just right for them and their abilities. Your child begins with a placement test to determine their strengths and weaknesses on a sub-skill level in reading and math. Then, based on their results, Smart Tutor automatically creates a lesson plan designed specifically for your child. And coming in January 2009, parents can assign specific lessons to their children at any given time. For example, if your child needs extra help in geometry, you can choose to assign only geometry lessons to your child for as long as needed.

	Smart Tutor lets your child know right away if they got something right or wrong. Educators like to call this “immediate feedback.” This is really important for learning. Kids remember things better and are more motivated to do well when they get immediate feedback about something they’ve done.
